Who it's for

Same product. Fits four kinds of practice.

Solo doctors

All your patient records, prescription templates, and printing setup on one device. Works at the clinic, on home visits, and offline.

Group practices

Shared patient library and templates across doctors, with role-based access. Each doctor keeps personal defaults — alert rules, drug preferences, complaint categories — without overriding the group setup.

Clinics

Clinic-wide templates, alert rules, and drug groups. Multi-doctor records, task tracking, and expense management in the same workspace.

Diagnostic centers and hospital departments

Investigation-only printing, inpatient/outpatient flagging on every patient, and structured investigation reports linked to the patient record.

Online and offline

Keep working without a connection. Data stays on the device, encrypted, until it syncs.

Web, desktop, mobile, tablet

Same patient records and prescriptions, every device.

Role-based and customizable

Clinic-wide defaults with per-doctor overrides for alert rules, drug groups, templates, and complaint categories.

Features

Six features that change the prescription day.

Pulled from the parts of Quick Rx doctors use most. The full list runs to 25 — ask in your demo.

01

Smart Prescription Builder

Search any medication by brand or generic name. Enter dosage in 1+0+1 format. Add timing (“after meal,” “before breakfast,” “at bedtime”), duration (“7 days,” “2 weeks”), and clinical advice. Group brands by manufacturer, switch between strengths from a dropdown, and reorder drugs by drag-and-drop.

02

Smart defaults and diagnosis templates

Select Amoxicillin 500mg and the dose, duration, and instruction auto-fill from your saved defaults. Or load a full prescription template for Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, UTI, or any diagnosis you treat regularly. Edit when needed; accept with one click when not. Reduces prescribing time by 70%.

03

Clinical Suggestion Engine

A library of 396 chief complaints, organized into searchable categories. Select a complaint and Quick Rx surfaces its associated symptoms — pick “Loss of appetite” and you see unintentional weight loss, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and 12 more. Built-in clinical pathways like “Loss of appetite → Functional Dyspepsia” speed up diagnosis.

04

Alert and Safety Engine

Build custom alert rules with three severity levels: Info, Warning, Contraindication. The Duplicate Generic Alert flags when two brands share the same active ingredient — shows the cumulative dose, requires a written reason for any override, and logs every override with user and timestamp. The Smart Data Highlighter color-codes critical entries in patient records — drugs, diagnoses, complaints, lab results.

05

Patient records and follow-up

Every prescription you've written, in one searchable library. Find a returning patient by name, phone, or patient ID. Their last visit, last diagnosis, active medications, and upcoming appointments are right there. Book a follow-up in one click — Quick Rx suggests the interval based on the diagnosis.

06

Print or send

Print on your existing prescription pads — set the margins to match your pre-printed header. Switch to plain paper with an uploaded clinic header and footer when you're ready. Send the prescription to the patient via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Need only a lab slip? Print the investigation section alone. Maintain separate print templates for patient, pharmacy, referral, and insurance copies — toggle sections on or off per template.

How it works

Four steps from patient to prescription.

Find or add the patient

Search by name, phone, or patient ID. Returning patients load with full demographics, vitals history, and active medications. New patients take seconds — salutation, contact, age (auto-updates yearly), guardian for pediatric or dependent cases, hospital flag for inpatient/outpatient.

Document the visit

Record vitals: height, weight (BMI calculated automatically), temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate, OFC for pediatric patients. Add chief complaints, on-examination findings, diagnosis, and investigation advice — all searchable, all typeable. Upload report images or disease images directly to the record.

Build the prescription

Start from a diagnosis template, or search drugs one by one. Defaults fill in dose, duration, and instruction. Alerts trigger when needed — duplicate generics, drug-condition contraindications, your custom rules. Drag and drop to reorder. Group morning meds, evening meds, and SOS together for clarity.

Print or send

Print on your existing pad or on plain paper with your uploaded header and footer. Send to the patient via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. The prescription is saved to the records library, signed, timestamped, and ready for the next visit.
